OUR FARM DAY PROGRAMS

🌿 NDIThrive Farm Day Programs – Bangholme 🌿


231 Bangholme Road, Bangholme VIC 3175

Note New Time Schedule from 1st Oct (9am-4pm))

Currently Running: 10:00am – 4:00pm Daily

 

Join us on our therapeutic working farm for a hands-on, nature-based day program designed to nurture skills, confidence, and connection in a relaxed and supportive environment.

 

Winter Program Schedule:

  • 10:00am – Welcome & Animal Feeding and Interaction

  • 10:45am – Morning Tea

  • 11:00am – Horticulture and Gardening Activities

  • 12:30pm – Lunch (Participants assist in making Lunch in a Garden to plate style, harvesting our own produce).

  • 1:15pm –  Outdoor activities like Archery, Fishing, Walks and Nature Spotting

  • 2:30pm – Afternoon Tea 

  • 3:00pm – Nature-Based Crafting, Arts and Crafts including Pottery & Tactile Group Projects

  • 4.00pm - Wind down and program closure

 

Program Days:

  • Kids Monday, Tuesday's and  Wednesdays: Currently have ages 8-17 (separate groups to Adults) - 1:1 available all week

  • Adults Groups Thursday and Fridays - 1:1 available all week

 

Activities are tailored to suit participant abilities and goals, with support staff on hand to encourage meaningful participation. A fantastic opportunity to build life skills, engage with animals, explore nature, and express creativity.
