Empowering you to THRIVE with Support and Purpose

Empowering You to Thrive with Support and Purpose

At NDIThrive, our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching service is designed to support individuals living with psychosocial disabilities to take more control of their lives, build capacity, and move toward greater independence and wellbeing.

What sets our service apart is that your Recovery Coach is also a qualified counsellor, bringing a unique blend of lived understanding, clinical insight, and compassionate support. This dual approach means you receive practical coaching support alongside therapeutic guidance as you work toward your goals.

Whether you're navigating the NDIS, rebuilding routines, or reconnecting with community, your coach will walk alongside you—offering consistent, strengths-based support tailored to your individual needs.

Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Developing and working towards your recovery goals

  • Understanding and using your NDIS plan effectively

  • Strengthening your support network

  • Building confidence in daily living and decision-making

  • Supporting emotional wellbeing through a trauma-informed, person-centred lens

Our goal is simple: to help you thrive—not just survive.

Service available face-to-face or via telehealth.
